Angela Peacock served in the US Army for seven years. She was deployed to Baghdad in 2003. An advocate for veterans, Angie serves as a Peer Mentor and on the National Campaign Team for Wounded Warrior Project. She founded and grew the student-veteran organization at St. Charles Community College in St. Louis, and continues this work at Washington University. She is pursuing a degree in Psychology and hopes to work as a social worker with veterans struggling with PTSD.
